From Parent to Professional Educator: A Transformational Journey
Many parents begin their journey in education simply by supporting their children. However, with the right guidance and structured training, this journey can evolve into a rewarding professional path. One of the most inspiring experiences in my career was seeing a parent of my first registered student become an International Abacus Educator. This transformation was made possible through disciplined training, hands-on teaching practice, and continuous mentorship. Educator training programs are designed not only to teach methodology but also to build confidence, classroom management skills, and professional ethics. Parents and aspiring educators gain the tools required to conduct classes independently and responsibly.
